The Austin High Boys Golf team will compete this week in the AISD District tournament at Shadowglen. The tournament features the Maroons Varsity team going up against many of the best golfers in the state. At stake will be the individual and the team district 26-6A championship. Expect the Maroons to make a great showing with many of the top boys golfers in the area playing for Coach Lebo at Austin High. #LoyalForever
Stephen F. Austin High School is located in downtown Austin, Texas on the banks of Lady Bird Lake. The Maroons play in District 26-6A in the State’s largest classification. Austin High offers 18 Varsity UIL sports programs and 5 club sports. Over 650 Austin High students compete in athletics on an annual basis. Austin High’s motto is ‘Mens Agitat Molem’ (Mind Over Matter) which is reflected in the achievements of Maroons athletes and the top-notch academics offered.
