The Austin High’s Ultimate Frisbee team is off and running in 2025. This year the team welcomes a new head coach, Sean Brady. The Maroons delivered a standout performance at the TUSC365 Fall 2025 Tournament in Coach Brady’s first time with the team. Austin High Ultimate finished with a strong 4–1 record to claim the championship. The Maroons notched decisive wins over all three LASA squads and the combined McCallum/McAnderson/McNeil team, securing each victory by a steady 2–3 point margin—including a three-point triumph over LASA Y in the final. Their only setback came in a tight match against Dallas Plot Twist, falling by just two goals. The 5-on-5 event capped a dominant preseason showing as Austin High now turns its attention to the Waco Tournament on Dec. 6, where teams from Austin, Dallas, and Houston will battle for early-season rankings. Kudos to AHS Ultimate for a remarkable start to their season. For more on the team, visit their main team page at www.AHSultimate.com. Go Maroons!
